ANTEAONE

The system is structured as follows:

The water from the washing machines and the cleaning of screen-printing frames will be transferred to the first tank, initially serving as a storage unit and subsequently as a flocculation reactor.

The treatment cycle will begin when the operator first adds the required dose of powdered reagent into the screw conveyor and then presses the START button on the control panel.

The homogenization and flocculation phase will then proceed in full automation. The product of the flocculation process will be transferred to the water/sludge separation system, which will occur on a dedicated filtering system with a disposable non-woven fabric filter.

The water separated from the sludge will be transferred to a final accumulation tank, while the sludge and fabric will be collected in a collection container for subsequent disposal.

The final buffer tank, with its capacity, will ensure a good availability of treated water to be reused for subsequent washing of rollers or screen-printing frames.

The ANTEAONE unit is available in its standard version in a practical rack containing all its functional components, mounted on a supporting structure for easy relocation by simply disconnecting the water inlet and outlet from the washing circuit.

Dimensions: 5500 mm x 1400 mm x 2500 mm (H)

To meet specific needs, such as continuous 24/24 cycles or particularly large volumes to be treated, custom design is available.

The ANTEAONE system can be equipped with optional anti-odour and anti-foam dispensers, which can be activated at the user’s discretion.
